3 months agoQuite a big shop with great stuff at reasonable prices, although steel capped sneakers for $35? It's okay, but do I need them or just want them?🤔 Parking is on the footpath of a busy road. Tricky for a newbie.

2 months agoNOT A CHILD FRIENDLY STORE A friend and i visited this shop today and were both appalled by the behaviour of one of the staff. We witnessed this woman (pākehā lady with an english accent and serious issues) target a small islander boy maybe 4 years old, she was following him around, loudly yelling at him to put things back where they came from, all he had done was move a ball from the spot it was in, she very loudly reprimanded him multiple times for absolutely nothing. It was absolutely disgusting to witness. If your staff have a problem with the way a child is behaving, speak to the parent so they can correct their own child IF EVEN NECESSARY! My friend spoke to the staff member in question about her behaviour and she responded in a very passive aggressive manner. If i brought a child in this store and they received the same treatment, the outcome would be very different. As it is, i definitely won’t be coming back to this place after that and i recommend steering clear especially if you have children with you
