5 months agoAbsolutely appalling, have been overcharged on three separate occasions and they wouldn’t give me a reciept, brushed it off the first time but this reoccurring behaviour is disgusting from a charity shop. Should retrain your staff to work the till properly and be able to provide a reciept. I shouldn’t need to be paying nearly double for the things I bought, because of your actions. Will not be back. 1/5 DO NOT COME HERE

5 months agoIf I could give 0 stars this would be the place went in there today and I was over charged 4$ when I went to pay last second. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a charity store getting the clothing for free.

a month agoVery overpriced. Most clothing stock is of poor quality but yet still expensive. Just skip this place and head down the road to the other shops!

2 years agoI love the Carlyle Red cross shop. I think Catherine and her lovely helper have put a lot of effort setting this shop at reasonable prices. I all so love their customer service. However I have noticed over the last 3-4 weeks the prices have increased and it's become a bit out of touch for op shops prices. I will keep going in but there is less that catches my eye. that catches my eye at a reasonable price.
