a month agoDo not rely on these guys for picking up furniture. Booked in with them to pick up furniture items before moving. They gave me no indication of any problems until they got there, and suddenly decided they couldn't take the items anymore. Left me to pay $200 to have the items removed myself because there wasn't enough time left to find someone else to help. Could have been avoided if they just let me know sooner they didn't have space for the items. Not really here to help people, they are just out to make a profit.

a year agoI had an amazing experience at this op shop! The service was top-notch, the selection of items was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. Such a gem in our community—I highly recommend it!"

4 years agoNormally I enjoy shopping here and the volunteers provide a lovely service to the community. However today I was left very disappointed by the service I received. I was rudely hurried out the door by the counter assistant, as it had just hit 2pm, without being able to try on and buy my 2 purchases. In future please check your store before u lock potential customers in and it would also be helpful to make customers aware u r about to close instead of giving them a negative and irritated attitude. We all have bad days but no excuse to b rude to a customer who was unaware it was closing time.

3 years agoBeen before but closes at four so missed it. Go early in the day. Lovely workers and great layout. A classic op shop. Furniture as well. Easy parking and a drive in for delivery of donations. Money all goes to those In need in the community. Thanks to volunteers. Cheers.
