The Warehouse Nelson

This store has taken to using it's staff to harass you to make donations for charity so they can then claim it as a tax repayment for their company. The staff would be much better used in the store assisting customers to locate products rather than having 3 people at the self service checkout approaching you to donate to something that already comes as an option when you are doing all the work yourself at the checkout.

Brought a pitchfork from them, the handle snapped nearly cutting the one using it, most the workers are nice though They have good deals but dont buy their tools unless you want a trip to the emergency room. A worker there complimented my hair, give her a raise.

Went in to get Purina one cat biscuit 1.4kg hairball and 1.4kg urinary tract. Supposedly both in stock according to their own site. Absolutely nothing on the shelf. Don't know if that's because it's on sale and the orders didn't do their job correctly or if it's management are purposely keeping the shelf empty to cut costs and sell more at full price after sale ends. Either way it's shit service

So disappointed in the security staff in nelson your behavior was disappointing as an adult and a staff member and I am will be making a formal complaint against you lady that was wrong how you talk to people and having my young children with me youngest being 3... ill make sure you won't have a job ..... not a happy at all customer.... Other then you the rest if the staff where helpful to me and my children as you were asked to go for a walk .so thank you to the staff that listened and spoke very nicely and calm thank you ........

Good bargain store for everything. Friendly staff, big store and cheap items.
