a year agoExtremely unprofessional, rude and condescending behaviour from more than one counsellor, although I had one fantastic experience prior. Breaches of confidentiality and spamming phones with multiple phone calls in a row seems to be part of the service. I would recommend being careful with who on the team you see.

2 years agoMy whanau was placed under their "care" by the courts because of their mother. Catholic social services has let us down again & again, not being able to properly supervise during supervised visits with their mother, and even as far as one of the counsellers encouraging the teenager to live with her grandfather, the kids lawyer had to get involved with that!! All they want to do is tick their boxes! They have failed us to the point of our family being spilt up
