a week agoDon't ask any questions regarding Covid-19. Their Staff become rude, abusive and refuse to communicate. Absolute immature organization who could not care about the Public's Health.

3 weeks ago(Medical ward) went in for a malfunction with my diabetic pump thought I would be in there for a day or two but nope writing this on the 5th day and they want to keep me for a whole week even tho I felt better after the first day the reason im staying is because my sugars are all over the place the reason they are all over the place is because its almost like everyone here has no idea how diabetes works im supposed to have insulin before my meal not an hour later causing my sugars to skyrocket then dive bsck down i tried to tell them what I need but they dont care about what u have to say they care about what the boss says so obviously the boss is completely braindead eventually I had enough of feeling like trash so I decided to manage it myself I asked for some insulin and I've been injecting myself with the right amount at the right time and my sugars have been more steady than any other time I've been in here how can I a 15 year old manage my health better than trained health professionals whos job is literally to take care of people wish I could go back to childrens ward where I actually felt looked after and taken care of. The nurses are very nice here in medical ward but they need to be more onto it instead of forgetting about my insulin do better (Two nurses that actually out effort in (lovely and yoko) thank you for being super cool❤️)

5 months agoKate the registered nurse in the triage nurse room in ED. please be kind. she said “do u come here just for ur baby runny nose?”. first, I called plunket nurse for half an hour but no plunket nurse answer my call. then plunket line refers me to Healthline. and I have to wait for another half an hour to get my call answered. then, healthline did some symptoms checked. and she referred me to ED. I do not come to ED for random. I did my best for not going to ED. I wish u well . its my first time, having someone so rude in southland hospital.

3 months agoThe E.D staff were friendly and helpful. It didn't take long to get assessed and move to surgical who were also very good. Although a short stay it was comfortable and I felt well cared for. The nurses and doctors were awesome

3 months agoThis is about sexual health services. After surgery in 2003 I have had extreme sexual issues the person I am seeing at the clinic is not the best. Despite multiple visits nothing meaningful has happened about my problem.
