Got a super pretty dress for my friend for $2, the staff are super lovely and everything is nicely priced (in contrast to Wellington op shops) no wonder it’s so popular it was buzzing when I got there and even busier once I left! Highly recommend

For a second hand shop, way over priced. Customer service is just as bad.

Most of the staff are very rude and not friendly at all (there is one lady that is super nice and sweet, though). God forbid you make any comment like an item is expensive. The lady started talking about me with the other staff and also saying that after I made the comment, we talked in our language. She knew I could hear her. The cause is good, but they need to get better people in. You don't gossip about your customers. This is a charity shop, but people buying here are not rich either, so you should price the free stuff you get, accordingly. Change or at least educate your staff

First of all item's way to EXPENSIVE wow come on, the items Are secondhand, I repeat, second hand not new! You definitely NEED to lower the prices on somethings, I honestly was shocked at some of the prices totally gobsmacked more like it.. I totally understand the cause but, op shop's ore supposed to be exactly that an opportunity to find a bargain or 3 but I walked out empty handed Due to ridiculous pricing. Don't recommend at all. Which is sad because this is For a good cause.

Disgusting attitude towards customers with disabilities, you have impacted a friends mental health because of how your staff have treated her. She was left scared and frightened for her life. Is it not okay to be rude and unkind. Your staff should know not to segregate. She has a valid exemption and offered to show you all her medical records even though she legally does not have to do this! Do not shop here. They don't know the meaning of be kind.
