a month agoThe team were great to deal with. We were specifically looking for polydactyl kittens, and they were able to match us up. We have now adopted on two occasions with them, and each experience has been positive.

a month agoMy (initially reluctant) husband and I visited the New Plymouth SPCA just over a week ago with a view to adopting a cat. Our much loved 15 year old fur baby had died 4 weeks previously and we were really missing that feline companionship. The whole set-up at the SPCA was wonderfully calm and friendly, clean and relaxed, and it didn't take hubby long to feel at ease and drop his guard. We very happily brought a young kitten home and we're all loving getting to know each other. Thanks so much to the team at SPCA for their gentle encouragement, knowledge and guidance.

2 months agoKia ora. Very happy with the service from SPCA Centre in Smart Road New Plymouth. The adoption was easy and simple and I couldn't be happier with my new addition to my whare. Having the kitten toilet trained and spayed was a bonus and made it easier to settle her into our new home..She has my heart ❤️

4 months agoThey have taken feral cats that are roaming around the bush area - and also given us cat food ontop of that to keep them feed until we trap them -- I cannot complain they try. I cant imagine the amount of animals coming into thier facitility daily. Well done ^^
