2 months agoHave made some good purchases here over the years and find selling through them reasonably straightforward, I just wish the staff would be a little friendlier when buying and selling! Just a pretty cold, elitist vibe a lot of the time, why are we acting like bullies in year 9 when I'm just trying to buy some shoes at midday on a saturday...

4 months agoPlease please please for the love of God, will someone buy a pack of wet wipes and clean the disgusting rails that the clothes hang on. After a minute of looking through stuff your hands are so black with grime. It's disgusting. Three times in the last four years I've been in here and it's always the same. You then transfer the dirt onto your own clothes as you haven't realized how black your hands are. Everything overpriced too. They're second hand clothes yo!

6 months agoI wouldn’t recommend selling clothes here, the staff were lovely but the process is way too convoluted and the juice isn’t worth the squeeze for selling quality items. I recommend this process is reviewed and improved ASAP. - No logic or reasoning for why some clothes aren’t accepted and they’re automatically donated - Income after they take cut from sale price is super low - Price is further reduced if not sold and almost feels so low its not worth all the hassle it entailed selling it here or items are donated anyways - Unable to take funds out online that are under $100 (given low sale value earning more than $100 seems unlikely) and have to go in store with ID, sigh. All in all I love the idea behind it, but the process itself for sellers is a poor design in my opinion. Honestly either just donate your stuff and save your time and hassle.. or I’d strongly recommend selling on Designer Wardrobe which took me all of 2 mins and was so efficient and easy without even leaving my house - happy buyer and happy seller 😌
