6 years agoI love GCC- it’s my home church. I haven’t been to many churches in Auckland but it’s not the only one I have been to. I love the atmosphere and the friendly people. It’s a big church, if you love making lots of friends you can easily do that, or you prefer to stay within a small group it’s also no problem at all. You can find a way suits yourself. There are activities all year around, you can contribute your time by volunteering or you can simply enjoy the activities. If you have kids, you can easily leave them in the Sunday school’s lovely helpers’ hands. Most kids don’t want to leave when their parents come to pick them up :) Basically there is place for you, no matter what age group you are and what races you are. Don’t miss checking it out yourself. No obligation at all.

4 years agoJonathan Dove offers a relaxed family friendly setting to worship and build a relationship with the Lord through Jesus Christ our saviour. I have found extra courses invaluable in improving my relationship with the Holy Spirit too! (Ps. Pic is not Jonathan Dove, rather Josh Flemming)

2 years agoA bigger church than what I'm used to, but I was quite impressed by how I felt God as soon as I walked in. The people there are friendly, open minded & accepting, whilst remaining respectful, & not pushing of boundaries. Quite a refreshing balance which can be hard to fins within churches. I didn't really see too many people of my age & type, so not sure if this is the church for me, but I whole heartedly recomend visiting, even if you don't think it's your forever church. God is verymuch there, & I cannot fault them on anything. 💖 Thankyou for having me 💖

7 years agoMy family and I have been going to this church for 7 years. It has been an amazing experience for all of us.We thank God for pastor Jonathan Dove and the great staff of GCC. The peace, joy, hope and love of God is truly felt in this church.
