My son’s name is Joseph, so I like this church. I like the floor plan. I won’t describe it here, so just visit and see it for yourself. Good time and place for silence and reflection.
My sister and l when to St Joseph Hall. For the community lunch on Christmas day. My need to go to the toilet. My sister is in a wheelchair ♿ . Her wheelchair only got into the toilet. Her wheelchair couldn't get into the toilet at all.l had to help her to get the toilet. Very lucky that she could walk a little bit. I was not happy about the toilets the way they was. Not one toilet for a person with disability. My sister disability in a wheelchair and with disability l have myself.😩😩😩. Otherwise we had a good time.
Like another review i was greeted kindly by support staff. They kindly directed me. I then however was received with complete disregard by the acting priest. Did not even introduce himself or ask what my need was yet instead acted like i was a nuisance and claimed I'd have to come back. Which as I told him "i never will". Sad because generations of my family (including myself and my daughter) have been baptised, had holy communion, funerals etc, there.
Good to be able to go to a well-attended Mass, with the whole range of age groups there. Parking seems to be a bit sparse, but I usually park well away and walk the rest.
