FreshChoice Papamoa stands out as a beloved supermarket in the heart of Papamoa Beach, Tauranga, known for its exceptional customer service and quality products. Shoppers frequently commend the attentive staff, especially in the butcher section, where personalized service shines — one customer shared how a helpful young butcher prepared specially made packs of Chicken Cordon Bleu and Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breasts, making for a delicious takeaway experience. 8 months agoA medium sized supermarket, easily accessible from Papamoa Road. A good range of groceries on offer in a well laid out shopping floor. The checkouts were not too busy on our visit a day before Christmas. The car park was busy, but we managed to find a Park.

a year agoStaff on the mic / speaker: 📣 “Store will be closing in x minutes. Please HURRRY UP AND GET OUT.” Really? 😳 Besides above the average prices you are even nicely kicked out? We all know that informing customers that the store is about to close and asking them to proceed to check out is a common practice which totally makes sense, but have this lady heard about customer service at all? Must be a really fun place (to work). Just wondering if some manager in charge for retaining customers is aware of the “funny communication” utilized for kicking people out (for good).
