Being Coeliac, I have to pay the asking price for what I need no matter where I go. Having a heart condition means carrying bags is out, so the delivery service is great and I enjoy shopping again. If I fancy a treat Fresh choice gives me more options. Staff know us and are really friendly.

Excellent service when ringing to check on sourdough bread stock on a busy holiday weekend. It was ready at customer services for us when we arrived. Generally a great store, if more expensive than others overall.

I had during a recent visit to your store for an online order pickup. While I was there, I noticed extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour from the staff responsible for order packing. Not only was I treated rudely when I politely requested a simple favour, but I also observed the same kind of behaviour directed at other Uber drivers who were there to collect orders. The staff appeared to be dismissive and disrespectful, treating drivers as if they were beneath them — which was both surprising and unacceptable. As a customer and a professional in the delivery space, I believe mutual respect is essential in maintaining a good working relationship between businesses and service providers. I hope this feedback encourages a review of how delivery personnel and customers are treated, so that future interactions are more respectful and courteous.

Security need to relax a little you nearly feel intimidated leaving with shopping all there short on doing is strip searching you. Three separate occasions it happened so I tend to not shop here anymore. Prices aren't healthy either.
