a month agoI am order #22346 and I am satisfied, Literally was skeptical because of the bad reviews, im just glad it didn't turn out to be a scam 😅 thank you ahjussi for my ramen and ginseng tea. I will definitely order from here again when my bills are paid aha.

a month agoWriting this review on behalf of my elderly mom who placed an online order for noodles on July 5th and heard nothing from Kensmart for weeks. On July 17th, I emailed them asking for an update — and as of today (July 22nd) I still haven’t received any response at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend money on a product, then be completely ignored when following up. At this point I have no idea if our order will ever arrive, and the lack of communication is pretty appalling. I can’t recommend ordering from here if this is how they treat their customers. I hope someone from the business sees this and decides to actually address the issue.

a month agoI love this place. Went to buy tea. The man in the counter was so friendly and welcoming. We even gave a small Gift to my daughter. Will be returning again.

5 months agoI was really keen on trying some of they're different drinks, but when I got my order I received a packing slip that send one was out of stock. I contacted them asking if I was going to get a refund for the drink or if it'll be posted on a later date but no reply. This was about a month ago now and still no word on the matter
