10 months agoOur family’s favourite supermarket and it’s one where we have to stopover whenever we’re in town. They do the best sandwiches and you can mix and match the meat, veges and dressings. Very reasonable and large portion. There are also cooked food available and their bakery is top notch with lots of birthday options available. A very large supermarket that’s stocked with nearly everything you require. 2 storey parking makes it a breeze with the covered parking below. Located conveniently when you’re off the motorway and so easy to head back out.

Amazing selection of everything from basics to those fun "ooh what's this?" finds, plus the staff are absolute sweethearts who go above and beyond! Only downside? My wallet feels significantly lighter after every visit - but honestly, it's so worth it for the quality and experience!

a month agoGood range, but I hate that every price ends in .99 Hate it even more when the .99 is in smaller print than the rest of the price. What this tells me is that they’re trying to deceive me into feeling that this is a forty-something dollar item, rather than the fifty dollar item it really is. They don’t succeed in deceiving me, but presumably they succeed in deceiving others or they wouldn’t do it. It also tells me that if their ethical standards are such that they’ll try to deceive me on that, then they’ll probably try and maybe succeed, in deceiving me about other things too. Don’t trust them.

3 months agoTwo staff members, one at the bakery and one at the customer service counter, provided excellent service yesterday helping me order platters for a function next day that I had been unable to complete online. Was most impressed with their patience and keenness to provide the required outcome. Thank you very much.

2 months agoWHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS STORE? The staff are not at all trained on customer service. Why do they not understand customers queuing in a line to be served. Why do they allow idiots to push in and serve them instead. Especially when we only get half an hr for lunch? The milk area is unapproachable due to people waiting. This needs urgent attention. Service was great but for the past 18 months it's gone down hill.
