2 weeks agoA well stocked supermarket with plenty of selection. Nice and bright and not cramped. The only downside is this store still doesn't have self service checkouts. For as long as I can remember, and we're talking a couple of decades now, there has always been long queues at the checkouts as a result. And always usually one or two checkouts are open. Sorry, I thought I was living in 2024, not 1984. Perhaps that's why they've left this place called Countdown.

8 months agoI think the inside of the shop is very well laid out. I like the layout of the bakery and deli area. Also it always looks so clean and neat and I feel more relaxed shopping here than any other supermarket in Napier. The staff all seem very cheerful too.
