6 months agoThis is a shop with many organic food or natural health products. Staff are generally friendly and knowledgeable. They have a naturopath on site and parking out the back. In Napier I'd go to Chantall's, but in Hastings Cornucopia are the best in their market.

a year agoI have been shopping here on and off for around 5 to 6 years. I've stopped completely going as I'm fed up with very unfriendly staff, customer service is not Cornucopia's strength. Their strengths are the variety of organic whole foods, lots of selection. I never ever felt valued as a customer nor did I come away feeling happy about my purchases. Perhaps it's the culture of Cornucopia or perhaps it's the old kiwi style of retail and not willing to change or embrace a new way to give shoppers an experience instead of treating us like we need them. I have shopped at refill nation in Auckland exactly the same products but with the most amazing customer service and very very happy staff, an awesome experience and culture. I do wish we had a refill Nation in the bay, I'm pretty sure we would vote with our feet.
