8 months agoAbsolutely worst online butcher service I've ever used. Ordered well in advance of planned event. Was informed day of agreed delivery that the meat was twice the size as advertised and therefore twice the price. Needed my approval to still deliver. That's fine, quickly responded to please still send the meat asap. No response until the following day, asking again if I wanted delivery. I responded that they left me to scramble for alternative holiday plans but to still please send the meat as I had already done prepping for its delivery. Customer service (can we call it that?) again did not respond to the quick responses I provided, then were closed for 3 days without satisfying my order. They finally got back to me letting me know they were cancelling my order altogether. Nice service they provide. Maybe they are better at in-person service, but are ill-equipped to offer online delivery services, offer poor customer service, and not very responsive. Not sure I understand their business model, but I'm happy to take my business to another butcher.

9 months agoMeat delivered not as advertised not packaged correctly and shelf life of one 2 days. Second time I have had an issue with orders. Won't be ordering from them again.
