2 years agoBig hypermarket in palmerston north. All grocery and household items are available. A big parking slots are available.I tend not to comment on supermarkets, but this is quite a place. Standard food stuff, but a great quality of people serving and managing. I have witnessed care towards the vulnerable that is magnificent. The staff are engaging kind and warm. Thank you.

6 months agoExperienced rude supervisor at the lotto counter just now. Enquiring about a different size box of Panadol that was in pharmacy side that was closed. Supervisor would not listening to what I was saying. I left in frustration she called out ‘have a nice day’ in very patronising loud manner. So rude. Noticed by other customers that also said it was rude. Won’t go back. Shame Woolworths/Countdown.
