11 months agoMeat good BUT everything the courier fails to follow instructions and leaves delivery out in full sun. Every other courier puts deliveries under porch.We have rung and complained before, been told it won't happen again and yet still instructions arentbfollowed.

2 years agoWe have been buying premium game for the last year and it has always been great, we have loved it. But the last delivery of meat gave us food poisoning. We believe this was due to improper packaging for overnight delivery. I raised this with premium game and they offered to resend the products, which I declined. They denied there was any issue with the packaging despite it being different from previous orders. I didn't want to risk another bout of food poisoning so I asked them to consider a refund but they weren't willing to do this. Really disappointing outcome, especially considering it was our 3rd or 4th order over $200 and we would have continued to buy it regularly had they addressed my concerns and considered a refund. If you can buy it locally it's great but I would be wary of having the overnight delivery.
