6 months agoWe were always really happy with the produce we received, we had a weekly subscription for several months. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. In 2024 I started to receive 2 emails daily telling me my card was about to expire. I updated it 3 times, over 3 days and tried different cards. The emails continued for weeks (during which time we did receive our orders because the card did work!). It took several emails before I eventually got a reply about their IT issue. It did stop for a little while but then started again in the new year, this time 3 or even 4 emails per day. Again I emailed and again I was ignored. After a couple of days I said if they can't sort their IT issue then perhaps I should cancel my subscription! Still without communicating with me or trying to fix their issue they canceled my subscription!! I guess they prefer to ignore their IT issues and lose a regular subscription customer instead of communicating with their customers!

2 years agoGr8 service and quality product. I got a $50 boxes of fruit and veg. They make it up and I pick up later or they can deliver.

3 years agoI recently ordered some fruit and vegetables online for delivery. I received rotten carrots, lettuce and avocados. Some of the other produce was okay, however it didn’t seem fresh. I have shopped in store before and that was a much better experience.

a year agoGreat prices for vegetables and fruit. Very fresh and lovely service. I found it a lot cheaper than the supermarket.
