2 months agoVery very rude staff, went to return something and as I walked into the store David (I think that’s his name) was sitting on top on the front counter which was not professional what so ever! When help was asked for he wasn’t interested at all but helped unwillingly. Very poor customer service skills

2 months agoVery rude staff. Door sensor was triggered by a product I bought from another store in my backpack, so I was pulled aside at the entrance and told to leave it there with no explanation whatsoever. On my way out I asked for it back, and was given a half-assed excuse about having "weapons" in the bag which doesn't make sense as they would not have security tags on them. The man at the door had a very smug, rude attitude as well when I asked for clarification.
