a month agoNice store, and presentation of food is great, but the checkout process....Everyone is lovely, but there isn't enough staff, EVER. Where is the manager to fix this? Why do the checkout operators leave mid-way through transactions to go on breaks... I've had a girl tell me it's a change in rules, but to be honest, it's not a good change. The workers seem stressed and run off their feet all the time. It doesn't need to be like this. Lily and Ally-May, I think her name was, served me a while back, we had a great conversation, and they were both lovely.

2 months agoRude and arrogant self checkout male staff on 18/6/25. If staffs are unfriendly, rude and arrogant they should be in back stores and not interacting with customers. Its disgusting the way customers are treated. Customer service is a big ZERO! Otherwise the whole store is clean, massive and easy to find products.

3 weeks agoThe meat department in New world in the city are so helpful,but i have 1 question.Could you come up with a more customer friendly trays for the chicken mignons.They are plastic wrapped at the moment but on seperating at home, all the filling come out of mignon and is squashed on plastic wrap.

7 months agoThe car park is terrifying and some stuff is often out of stock! The staff are chill though and nice selection in bakery etc. Again I like the staff! Lily on checkout is friendly and always good chats! Great stuff mostly
