a week agoGreat wee locally owned and run store. Absolutely fantastic hot lunch and dinner food served piping hot and very generous portions at a 'worth it' price. Worth a visit just to check those out alone. Staff are very helpful and parking is pretty good. Very handy central city location to grab something afterwork if need-be.

6 months agoI tried the $10.50 small roast lamb and was very impressed - generous serve of nicely cooked meat and plenty of veg and gravy. Great value option if you can't be bothered cooking and don't want greasy fast food. (Available weeknights only.)

3 months agoReally affordable meals during week if u don't feel up to cooking a meal they all taste really good.The grocery produce always smells fresh it is clean easy to browse.

5 months agoUsed to be great but stock level especially imported goods are way down lots of empty spaces place looking run down. Staff are great as always but I find to often that things they used to stock aren't there anymore so maybe I've got to shop elsewhere 😞

6 months agoGreat place to stop for a quick few groceries. Ribeye steak while expensive is worth it for a treat. Beautifully marbled, costing about $18 a steak (depending on how thick the cut is), its worthwhile. The fruit and veges are always fresh and bright. The Afghans are totally outrageously delicious. Made in store, 5 to a pkt, crispy deliciousness. If your a Black Pudding fan... then you would know that BLACKBALL blood sausage is without doubt the best. SUPERVALUE is one of the few places you can get it in invercargill. Yum.
