2 months agoThings just get bad to worse. Firstly there's never anyone available to answer the fitting rooms call bell or the click and collect. - The place is always messy and you can't find what you're looking for especially when it says in stock online and clearly you can't find it where it should be. - Then you can't find anyone to assist you. - When there is someone around their not approachable or have the stinkiest attitude ever. - Then when you check out at the self service machines have a fit and you need assistance and of course nobody is available to help or their not even paying attention to the people with their check-out going crazy. This place needs to fix all these problems as, it makes it a horrible shopping experience and you really don't want to go because you know what your in for THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Best to shop online with this outlet
