8 months agoVery kind staff (young boy and lady), as we had to return to our car for our IDs. We are travelling from Northland up to here during the last year and giving its remote location we were expecting less friendly prices here, so we were really nicely surprised. Not much more expensive then in PNS in QT. Recommending to refill on your food here on your way to Milford Sound :)

6 years agoVery nice local supermarket. Good parking and well stocked shelves. Reasonable selection of fruit and vegetables. Good but limited cuts of meat. Very large range of sausages. Very convenient opening hours. Great to have nice wine and beer available. It's the best local supermarket in the area.

4 years agoOur experience wasn't so great. Bought a pie which was obviously way too old. Burnt crust, possibly even reheated previously. Smelt suspicious. Had to stop eating after a few bites. Apart from that an obviously well stocked convenience store.
