Woolworths Manukau

I’ve visited Countdown Manukau multiple times now, and I’m disappointed to say there’s been no improvement in the staff’s attitude. The staff continue to be rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. There’s no greeting, no eye contact, and no willingness to assist customers. It’s frustrating to keep coming back and experiencing the same poor service. It seems like customer feedback isn’t being taken seriously, and that’s unacceptable for a store of this size. I hope management takes action to improve staff training and create a more respectful, welcoming environment for shoppers.

Disappointing experience at Countdown Manukau today. At checkout, I asked the staff member for 3 green reusable bags while she was chatting with colleagues. I had to ask again before she handed them over. What's more frustrating was that she didn't assist with packing my groceries, despite it being a staffed checkout. I had to do it all myself while she stood idle. Then, she rushed me to pay before I finished packing. A little help with packing would've gone a long way. Unfortunately, her customer service was subpar, and I left feeling upset. 😒"

So sick of not being able to view tobacco prices prior to purchasing. Spending big money yet treated like you have no rights as a customer. This store does not have a tobacco price list.

This branch is better than the Westfield one. Well stocked and spacious. Plenty of parking including undercover. Well located and convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful. Produce section sometimes is a little bit messy. Normally isn't too busy except during the holidays.

This place is stunningly clean, their staff are helpful too! I love how i can find what I need easily, clearly labelled stalls. Lots of parking space, and near some great food amenities.
