I'm not sure if people are gate keeping this, but found Green Meadows through a reddit thread. Tried a box, absolutely perfect. Ordered a 1/4 beast, and so far everything is well above expectations, like legitimately best meat we have ever had. Roast tonight turned out perfect and literally zero fat! Highly likely going to be a life long customer going forward.
