Kaiteriteri Store – On The Spot

Delicious ice cream, generously sized and friendly staff. Plenty of flavors to choose from at an affordable price. Great spot to get an ice cream and sit on the beach. Will be back.

We have regularly attended this shop over our years on holidays but have been very let down by the customer service this evening. The ice cream shop, normally open till 10pm, was shut over an hour early despite many people approaching the window. Servers first ignored, then responded rudely to customers who were left very disappointed. No doubt this would've been a profitable hour for sure considering the amount of people heading that way. For a shop that prides itself in sweet treats, they've left a sour taste in many mouths tonight.

Ice cream was very well-made but the real highlight was by the employee named Aleesha . She was very nice.

This store is fantastic! We got the best breakfast items just before hoping on our boat ride up the park. Super friendly staff. Delicious sandwiches and a great selection of stuff for your day trip in the Park. And espresso drinks, served with a smile. They seem to have a morning monopoly on the beach, and yet they do a great job.

Being the only store in Kaiteriteri it has a bit of a caputred market however it does a good job of providing lots of the things you may want (even if it a bit of a premium). The homemade cottage pie from the counter was partiucarly good. They also have real fruit ice cream, grocerys, and some other its and bobs.
