Parents nod, grinning, as he jokes with the crowd, His laugh, a warm current through cornstalks at dawn, Transforms humble veggies to marvels reborn. The spinach sparkles, the carrots stand tall, In Sarel’s bright orbit, we savor it all. Oh, here’s to our Sarel, that redheaded sun, Whose soul turns the mundane to magic undone. The market’s own heartbeat, our joy, our cheer— A ginger-lit sunrise, beloved year to year.

I have been every week since they opened the Pop Up store in Nelson. The veges are fresh, good price and staff are generally friendly. This my go to vege shop in Nelson now. I recommend it.
