2 months agoDisappeared from NW for quite a while but really big changes, it's more better priced, there are options you don't see in other stores, worth looking at specials, as usual for me I got the card, as trying to use any app in store always seem to have a problem...We in Cambridge for the day so great wander & shop...Nice friendly staff...

a month agoAppalling service. Rude and nasty behaviour with overt nepotism. Forget being professional, the staff at Cambridge NW belong in a high school yard. The Store Manager, Cameron, was defensive as well as being as rude and insolent as his immature staff. Horrible people. New World Cambridge just lost a customer.

4 months agoOkay place for convenice , the meat is cheaper than countdown and nicer . Not water logged chicken It's such a shame the staff have never been friendly, not even a hello and I've been going for a year now

4 years agoSmallish shop but seemed to stock most stuff. Had everything that we wanted. Not too busy. Wonderful friendly man at the door offering us a trolley and a good day.
