a month agoMilkRun Review: They process groceries quickly, but they aren’t careful—my avocado arrived smashed and destroyed. I tried contacting them through the app, but the automated chatbot was useless. Fast service doesn’t make up for poor handling and lack of real customer support.

a month agoI lhave been shopping at the Woolworths supermarket in Johnsonville opposite the mall for many years (competitive prices and nice staff), but have decided to go elsewhere as they don't offer the Gold Card discount on Tuesdays. Rather disappointing.

5 years agoNice supermarket! The food there is truly fresh and with discounts the market provides great deal. The bakery is of average quality and average taste but again they are really freshly made. Xmas display is festive tho. Staff there is always ready to help which adds to the shopping experience :)

3 months agoThis supermarket uses incredibly creepy and wildly inaccurate monitoring on all customers. After flagging my selfcheckout for incorrectly placing an unchecked item in the checkout area, I had to wait for the one poor staff member overseeing a dozen different checkout areas to slowly make her way to my one. When she did, the screen popped up with a video of me - the kicker is that the item it flagged (highlighted with a green box) was very clearly and noticeably the item I'd checked out immediately before. This clearly wasn't new, as the staff running it immediately clicked through without a second glance. So we're left with an incredibly creepy camera watching you and bringing the entire checkout process to a crawl, all because woolworths is too cheap to sufficiently staff their stores. Avoid stores like this at all costs, and hopefully they'll actually start paying employees since they clearly don't trust any of their customers.
