a year agoHi Owner, Wanted to share my experience purchasing India Gate Reserve Basmati 5 kg from your store which wasn’t in a good condition. The color was faded dark brownish with full texture than regular basmati and had weird taste and smell when cooked as steam rice . Completely dissatisfied and tried to check the expiration date in package but it wasn’t labeled neither manufacturing date nor expiration date. Seeking a response on your end for reimbursement for another rice bag. While, when addressed it to lady cashier she got confused saying India gate is brown rice and other white rice are available which wasn’t my concern raised for grievance. Hope you hear your end for issue raised
