4 years agoPartner lost the water cooler during shifting and have made arrangements to pay off the $500 charge fortnightly. Got charge money fortnightly and it turns out they're still charging him the rental cost despite the clear arrangement that the money will go towards paying off the lost cooler. In total they've charged him $240 rental cost before we found out someone didn't updated the account correctly. What's worst is according to them he still owes $500 for the lost cooler, they never credited that $240 off his debt. Very poor service and management. Three times we've had to contact them to correct it and each of those times we've been messed around. Someone wasn't doing their job properly in the customer service department. Still waiting for our issue to be solved.

4 years agoJust Water like to over charge where every they think they can. Ask them to cancel something and it never happens. they just continue to overcharge you. I did not need the filter service any more as our machine has failed and they continue to charge me for the service. avoid at all costs
