9 months agoAs nice as it is to have fresh cold water for OVER A YEAR NOW Just Water has continued to take money out of my account despite me calling and letting them know my mother died and we no longer need the service & that we no longer even have the water cooler system as it had been returned to Just Water in Hamilton. Would not recommend because of this fact! When I’ve called regarding this they claim there’s nothing noted and money is still being taken! I was a refund from Dec 23 up till todays date from money that has been taken without comment or I will take it further in any way I can:

6 months agoExpensive water. Only $10 at countdown they charge $18. Would not let me cancel without expensive collection fee and 4 weeks notice and customer service was rude.

a year agoREPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE @JUSTWATER You emailed me half an hour ago and offered free collection and cancellation AFTER I mentioned I had left a Google review. YOU responded to my email, SO how is it you cannot get a hold of me??!! Then, without further correspondence from you, I received a cancellation notice WITH all my contact details listed correctly, yet I have not received any missed calls or further emails from you. I have added screenshots of the emails in case you missed them.... No need to lie Paris.... AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! They take NO responsibility for the maintenance of the machine you hire from them or the replacement of filters. When you try to cancel they try to charge you an excessive amount for the collection of the machine If you do not have a local drop-off point. The electrical tag has been out for years and the machine is old and rusted making the machine a potential fire hazard. The customer service is rude and obnoxious!

a year agoThis company was great until I signed the agreement, then it went down hill rapidly. I was told delivery would be in 5 business day, you have 7 days from date of signing to cancel the contract. 13 days after signing the contract the cooler arrived, via a 3rd party courier, not the company themselves. The cooler I received is NOT the one I requested. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, I will be looking further into the legalities of the cooling off period considering the cooler didn't arrived for almost 2 weeks after signing.

a year agoEdit: I recently had a significant issue with Just Water regarding billing discrepancies and service lapses, which prompted me to leave a negative review. I appreciate the response from Paris Kiria, the Customer Services Manager, and General Manager Katie, who took steps to address and rectify the situation. Just Water has made a commendable effort to rectify the situation and offer compensation for the past issues. Although this does improve the overall experience, it is important for the company to maintain high standards consistently. I recommend considering their service with caution and ensuring clear communication to avoid similar problems. Original Review: Billing discrepancies, we encountered a large amount of discrepancies, Michelle always blamed someone else, including us for their mistakes and miscommunication. Despite notifying the company of the removal of the cooler their lack of communication and follow up is shocking. The resolution Michelle and Parrika offered is shocking, they have stole thousands of dollars from us. Recommendations, do not go with this company.
