Entered the premises at 6.58am instead of 7am because the door opened and two people walked in and I just thought they opened for everyone. Staff member proceed to run after me in the shop and tell me off, cause apparently those two people worked there ( how am I supposed to know?) When I drop my shopping and proceed to leave the supermarket, she changed tone and says “oh no, you can shop” like 😂 no thanks get me out of here and get your staff some manners. Their prices also are never updated and their “special” labels are always “forgotten” on the shelves longer than the special is. So watch out.

I was so excited when the supermarket opened as it is very close to my home, and I love the fact that it has underground parking when it is raining. They do have a good selection of most things even though it is a small supermarket. But they really let themselves down on the produce!!!! I cannot believe that they allow vegetables like this to be placed for sale. Honestly, I have bought some before and then had to basically throw everything out. I’m not sure who looks after this section of the supermarket, but they really need to understand what a fresh vegetable is! Hopefully they see this and do something about it.

Asian lady working on checkout She should have some manners how to deal with customers and the tone she asked me cash or card Ridiculous After transaction done she made really bad face and No thank you and all I REQUEST THE STORE MANAGER AND OWNER TO TRAIN THE STAFF AND SHOULD LOOK AFTER THEIR WEEKLY PERFORMANCE AND TAKE FEEDBACK FROM THE CUSTOMERS

Very rude staff specially the fiji indian lady poonam She don't know how to greet the customer and very bad experience and will not come back again better to put her in filling stuff not on check out

A brand new local supermarket has fewer people than another large shopping centre. It's easy to take time shopping by yourself.
