Staff’s hospitality is 10/10. Judy (staff member) was kind enough to grab me some water for my bottle after being on the intercity bus for 5 hrs from Auckland with 5 hrs left to go to Gisborne. I had no money, such a kind soul. Thank you very much
Super friendly staff. Mobility access to the 1st floor. Best to make an appointment as there is no reception desk with a sign in kiosk.
Friendly people.. Safe place for tourists. Shopping, cafes, bars all are nearby
