2 months agoLove how friendly the staff are at philpotts road orderings. Always willing and there to help. I enjoy every visit. Plants are always in excellent condition and always some advice waiting when needed. I've been going to philpotts road orderings for years and always can't resist popping in when I drive past. Always get what I need and they always have specials going. So it's a win win with them.

4 months agoWe love going to Oderings on Philpotts Rd. We always have a great experience because the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. There are always plenty of staff available to help and they are so friendly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to get plants as the service would never match up.

5 months agoWent there on last Friday afternoon for the first time as they had a meaningful plant for us, and which we were looking for a very long time I checked online and it showed that this place had it. We were looking for any staff member to help us, then we saw two of them (ladies) one of them asked us “what are you up to there” in a VERY RUDE WAY (that is not the right way to treat a customer, we didn’t feel comfortable with the way she treated us.

5 months agoReally haven't enjoyed my last 2 shopping experiences. All the ladies working there but one were quite rude. Didn't want me to buy plants and were rude about my kids 😔

7 months agoAfter a typically disappointing visit to Bunnings looking for herbs to plant I decided to try Oderings following a work colleague’s recommendation. Have to say I was delighted with the service, the quality of the product that actually looked like it might make it past a week in the ground and the general ambiance of the store. I’ll be back!
