a month agoI love this garden centre. I want to thank to Tyler who helped us a lot. He is so knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Whenever we go there he is always there for his customers with smiley face. We bought lots of flowers with the help of him. He even knows the Latin names of all the flowers which is so cool. You can find anything for your garden, terrace and balconies. 🥰😊

a month agoEvery single interaction with the aquarium shop has always been subpar & disappointing. My first ever visit a few months ago, 2 shop attendants no one else in the shop, no acknowledgement or any assistance offered- walked out without buying anything. 2nd and 3rd interactions were phonecalls to find out if they had stock of certain species of fish before I travelled down there as it's a 45minute drive from home, contact details taken twice and no call, 4th visit - another member of staff, slightly more chatty and bubbly young lady but still pretty keen to go back to not serving anyone else. Today was and will be probably be final visit into the aquatic centre. Walked in, once again no one else in the shop, two young girls chatting away, looked up when I walked in, no greeting and faces that made me feel like I had interrupted something important. After spending about 15mins standing at one particular area of the shop I still had to go and disturb their ever so important conversation to ask for assistance. What I was hoping for was to have an informative conversation regarding certain types of fish and compatibility with my current set up, although she was pretty friendly it seemed like her knowledge was limited to a Google search and after 5mins of assistance said she'll leave me to it to go back to having her private conversation with her colleague. I did purchase some fish today but this is solely because I wanted this species and have not been able to locate it anywhere else within reasonable travelling distance. For a hobby such as this it seems the days of talking to a reputable and knowledgeable staff member are long gone and would probably be better buying online. Word of advice to anyone going in looking to purchase anything, do your own research on what you desire do not hope for a decent level of service or shared knowledge to assist with your purchases
