From Brisbane, I ordered the Kiwiana Bouquet for a friends birthday to be delivered to her work, silly me didn't consider she'd take the day off! So had a morning of delivery change to Monday instead of Thursday, Chantelle was accommodating and responsive on email to help me out. The whole online ordering and she emailed me straight away confirming my order had been received, fantastic customer service! a year agoOrdered a Soft Florist Choice Box (large) online for local delivery. I also spoke to Chantelle over the phone day of and she was lovely. These photos of the flowers were sent shortly before they arrived. The recipient loves them and I'm excited to see how it looks as more flowers open up.
