5 months agoWent in yesterday to buy 8 bags of rapid set concrete, didn't get asked if I'd like a hand to put it in the car, returned today to buy 4 more bags, only 2 on pallet, asked if they had more, the woman on trade counter walked outside, guy at door said yes on pallet outside, she told me to go to the trade store instead because it would take too long to get someone on a forklift to sort it. Consequently I went to Mitre10, and got amazing service, they even loaded it into my car, without hesitation. Will not be going back to Bunnings.

7 months agoHorrible experience with ladies at the timber counter. They sniggered and laughed as I asked for help and told me to look for myself. Even refused to help trying to get the large pieces of wood to my car. They should not be in customer service. Rang to complain and no one seemed to know who the manager was or what they should do with the complaint. Ended up having to go in. Would not shop there again.
