Cedar Lodge Nurseries

I ordered a Chamaecyparis obtusa 'Raraflora' in December 2024 and paid for it in January 2025? There has been no reply to my several emails or phone calls, except one. When I spoke to you two weeks ago, you said you would get it sorted. I've heard or received nothing!! Pretty poor. You have taken the money and not sent the product. Cedar Lodge Nurseries used to be a reputable business. I have dealt with them in the past with no problems. No idea what is going on now, but advise people not to buy online or part with any money. Thank goodness It was only one plant I paid for and not a huge order. Extremely disappointed. 17/03/2025. This is further to my previous review posted approx 8/03/2025. I have my plant and it was sent to me freight free! After my original review, I managed to contact Pip, the owner, in a very "round-about-way" via the powers of social media. A lot of dialogue ensued. I stuck to my guns, refusing the refund offered, and was sent my plant which I was very happy to finally receive. I know there have been issues, but I am sure that Pip would be more than happy to put things right if you could speak to her directly. (Think out of the square if emails and phone calls are not returned). That is my advice to future online buyers and to those who have left previous dis-satisfied reviews. The courier may have misplaced one plant, but all those plants in the previous reviews..... I'm not so sure. I have dealt with Cedar Lodge Nurseries in the past and they have always been excellent. I am sure they can get there again and I personally would have no issues with ordering from Pip and Cedar Lodge in the future.

Rating is for Santa's Christmas Trees which runs from Nov-Dec every year. This is the place to go for real Christmas Trees! Great selection and range of prices. The wee xmas decoration shop onsite could use some higher quality ornaments but it is great stuff for kids.

Have purchased online. Fool me should have read reviews 1st before paying into their account. Have emailed no response. Extremely disappointed at being ripped off. Thank god I didn't pay for another purchase az was waiting on freight costs. Heard nothing in over 2 weeks 🤬🤬

If I could give this place a minus I brought a tree on line, on the 23 December 2023, by March 2024 no tree had arrived, I sent a couple of reminder emails with no response. I tried phoning on several occasions, no one answered the phone. Sent another email stating I felt their on line purchasing is nothing more than a scam and I was going to write that in all my social media sites. I got an email back asking for my bank details and they would refund my money the moment they received it, I did this 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting. I would recommend never to use their online purchasing as you’re not likely to get your product or your money back. Due to the principle I am going to take Cedar Lodge Nursery to small claims court Disgraceful business.

Just such a poor experience. Bought 5 shrubs online, paid and sent through receipt. That was the 12th of April. Quick to send bank details and freight cost, but no response to emails or calls once they received money. Shocking that you could treat a customer this way. Wonder how many other customers they stole from in this way.
