Bunnings Warehouse New Plymouth

This is my preferred motel when I stay in Auckland, as I often do. It is most conveniently situated. The rooms are nice and spacious and have good facilities. It is generally quiet except for an occasional car leaving early in the morning. Situated right in the heart of Remuera. The manager is a pleasure to deal with and a very pleasant person.

Product quality is poor. Customer service is poor. Exceptionally long queue lines. Takes forever to do click and collect due to the computer software . Asked for a refund for a defective product and the staff member got visibly upset and stroppy. Customers have to wait a long time to achieve anything in this store. I'd rather pay more and go to Mitre 10.

Staff are very un helpful. Won't bother helping you look for something they just tell you its down there, I put the products i did find back and walked out and bought elsewhere.

First time I went there it was very unorganized, (but we all have bad days) next couple of visits staff very helpful and they rectified an issue with a product quickly and satisfactory. Thanks team.
