4 weeks agoOutrageous prices for a shop that gets given things. I understand it's for hospice and I am happy to donate but their prices here have become too expensive. The $2 shop that they had inside here was amazing but that's gone and there are things here that are more expensive to buy than they actually are brand new. Won't support this branch anymore as it's too expensive. Sad but there are other shops that don't do this. I will support them instead.

7 months agoVery well laid out and lots of range, friendly staff. Biggest issue for us is kids book prices - they’re all $3-10 when most other opshops have kids books 50c - $2. Just overpriced in some other areas but the books especially are 2-3x more than any other op-shop for similar books

10 months ago$18.00 for a second hand book with only pictures? Outrageous! The person responsible to price things forgot it’s a charity shop.

7 years agoGreat op shop with plenty on offer. Very helpful staff and they even deliver bigger items for $20. Great way to support the community and hospice in particular! Well worth the visit if you plan on picking up some great second had stuff. Easy to find the place and plenty of parking. Recommended.

3 years agoBig shop, good selection, cds and dvds normal price of $1 but many items over priced for an op shop. Books not $1-$3 like all others in tauranga, many $10-$20 like a second hand reseller. 3 shops further down into Mount maunganui are many times over cheaper than the items in this shop. Think of it as Trademe auction pricing. For books better off going to Xanadu in Papamoa and spending no more than $5 per book. Parking terrible, staff seemed pleasant. Average experience
