They will acknowledge privet as a pest an bad plant but because it's not in the pest management plan they refuse to make or even cut out the even if I'm surrounded by it I either have to find a new property or walk around out side with a maks on how do class it as a pest but don't do any thing about it . Bet you would cry if some one was burn the trees down an catch an native on fire or something because my neighbors won't remove them sort ya stuff

Spent 10 minutes on hold to report rubbish, and the young person on the end didnt take me seriously. And I could hear her eating gum which I dont think is very good for a person who answers phones. Hopefully they clean the place up. No wonder hamilton is filthy, takes 10 minutes to answer the phone. I almost just hung up. Rude staff.

Rang noise control. The guy on the other end had so much attitude and tone in his voice was obviously annoyed I didnt know the exact address and he had to do work early in the morning
