a year agoOne of the main attractions for this building is the library. It has a very nice view at the back side of the building. All the staff, especially at the Reception and in Library, are friendly and helpful to customers. Easy access to both the reception area and the library.

a year agomost useless and incompetent council team ive ever dealt with. they dont take anything seriously and ONLY protect their own. youre better off calling the cops for anything in this city, cause atleast the police will investigate thoroughly & are genuinely unbiased. cant say the same for the council.
