a month agoI am writing to bring to your immediate attention a matter of utmost urgency regarding the public and workplace safety at Address 374 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland 1051. It has come to our review that asbestos, a material known for its severe health risks similar to cancer, has been found on the canopy of a shop at the aforementioned address. This is particularly alarming as there are approximately 50 children who walk under this canopy daily on their way to our EduExperts One Tree Hill, which is located next door. The presence of asbestos poses a significant danger to the health and well-being of these children, as well as to the general public. It is disheartening to note that despite the grave risks involved, the authorities in charge of public and workplace safety have not taken immediate action. 3 weeks agoI called to advise my bin wasn't collected, they logged a job, said they would review the onboard camera and collect in 1 working day, which it was. Despite it being missed I think that's actually a fantastic response time and great customer service as well.

a month agoFeel very sorry for people working there, I had to call and wait on hold for 30 minutes to book a 15min BC consultation via teams, then they have to call around to check peoples calendars so have to waste an hour to get a 15min consult. I guess the management have never heard of an online booking system that syncs calendars, although perhaps they are spending 5mill and 5 years developing one in consulation with Deliotte...

a year agoI will give 0 star if I can. pay the council rate on time but service is poor and devastated. Wish someone can replace them. We keep having the issue at our back property which owned by city council. No one is currently living there and now become a massive health, crime and safety issue. Made so many complains to council and never reply…the fence is broken and no one come to fix it..

8 months agowe made a complaint about unlawfull access hence the occupier was driving across a foot path to enter the corner of greenlane east in greenlane . kids lives in volved more to come . after many complaints they are saying its a moving car offence ,children blind folk use this area ,in eseence they say file closed .,
