I have been here almost a year and I have love it andEverything about it. Our communication coordinator is amazing.She cares and is always easy to talk to,she cares for us 100%. The food here is amazing and we all get enough. We are able to go to the shops and have independence always. Actives are great and CAC makes it full of fun and we laugh always. I love this place this is my for ever home❤️❤️❤️ Resident.

Highly recommended ! My mum moved here when my dad passed away as the place they were previously was really big and had a 'hospital feel'. Roseridge is a small place where every resident gets very personalised care and she liked that aspect. The place has a real 'home feel' and functions just like one big flat. Staff are exceptional. Sabrina, the owner and Iris , manager, have a real passion for carrying for elderly. The whole team of nurses, cooks and support people is very dedicated and goes an extra mile to assist with every possible need of the residents and family. Communication leader, Shea, makes sure the family and friends have all up to date information and makes interesting and fun posts on social media for all interested community to know what is happening at this lovely resthome.

Roseridge Resthome has cared for our father and our family for the past nine months, we are very grateful to the staff for caring for our dad and keeping him safe, monitored, supported and loved. The services for Roseridge is brilliant offering a whanau orientated environment. Our father as had long standing health concerns, which staff at Roseridge have kept us Informed and walked alongside us as a whanau to make sure our dads care at the resthome is paramount. Thank you for helping our dad while he's in your care.

My grandma, who has Alzheimers and Dementia, had the absolute privilege of living at Roseridge for a number of years until last week when she was moved to hospital care. Throughout her time at Roseridge she was treated with absolute love, dignity and respect by the carers, staff and other residents. They were like one happy, multicultural family! (If only the world could take a leaf out of their book!)... The small, intimate environment of the 'house' makes all the residents feel safe and like a valued family member, (so much so, I'm sure they'd even have remote control wars, or battle for the best seat in the TV lounge ;) They get regular visits from singers and performers as well as students from neighboring St Dominic's College. All the carers are amazing, but Shea was particularly phenomenal and a blessing to our family, particularly during Covid when we weren't able to visit. She was always keeping us up to date on facebook with photos and videos of my beautiful gran, their daily sing alongs, dances and chats. Having a loved one with Alzheimer's and Dementia is extremely hard, but knowing she was in such a loving place gave us comfort every day! Just walking inside gives an overwhelming feeling of joy and comfort. Staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Always taking the extra mile to do all they can for the residents. They fully encourage all members of the rest home to take part in group activities. Seeing the elderly have so much fun even in their conditions brings a smile to the face. Meals served look delicious. The environment is tidy, clean, and equipment is neatly stored. All members are treated and cared for with upmost respect. Very family orientated and gives a feeling of home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for aged care.
