3 years agoI visited my Mum. Good service, friendly staff and residents. Would've loved to shade my car in the hot summer heat but no shaded parking is available. How about canvas shelters for open carparks ? Just a thought

5 years agoThe care and support provided to my father by the Ryman Staff at Bob Owen's was outstanding. From the Manager (welcome to the hospital care morning tea and flowers) through to Covid lockdown and the death of my father they have been amazing. Flowers sent to my Mother after Dads death and then a few weeks later a phone call to check how she was going. Thank you for your support and the care you provided to Dad and to my Mum who is not yet in care.

a year agoThe staff here are absolutely wonderful. They go out of their way to make people happy. A very expensive place to stay.

6 years agoVery nice grounds and interior decore inside on the ground floor. The dimensia secure unit is on the third floor, very modern and sunny. With a central reception area on this floor for the dimensia unit. The bedrooms each have a ensuite bathroom and wardrobel. The bedroom sleeping areas are split in to two separate wings for easier management by staff I was told. Some of the people were having a sing a long when I was viewing this area. It was difficult to locate any parking spaces at the complex, which if you are returning an elderly family member to the facility makes for a difficult exchange especially if it is raining.
