The facility manager and staff were wonderful to my father for his brief time in their care. Our family was welcomed at all hours of the day or night and the nurses were always happy to listen to any questions or concerns we had. The gardens are relaxing to look out over, the food excellent and this rest home has a warm family feel to it.

I had the privilege of becoming part of the Rose Court family while my Mum was in care for just over a year. I was there daily and one of the last things mum said was, "I am happy here because the staff are kind and it is not too big" There is a strong personal inclusive feeling as you are always welcomed by all staff, the activities team work hard together to meet a diverse range of needs and interests, the doctor is fantastic and communication with families excellent. The manager is outstanding and always there for a chat. She also takes time to know all the residents and cares! Any queries were followed up immediately. The clinical manager was also very supportive. Staff stability allowed Mum relate to a number of staff as her friends and this was so important during Covid challenges. There is a nice mix of ages and levels of care requirements which provides vibrancy and stimulation and interaction and opportunities for other family members to get to know each other. This was very helpful for support for me. Each time I left the facility I felt relieved and happy that Mum was in such a warm, kind and caring home within the local community. When Mum's life ended the staff were absolutely wonderfuI. I look forward to returning as a volunteer!

My friend was here for 2 years years before her recent move to higher level care. Staff were kind and understanding. In any care centre family should always be actively involved. Sadly this was not.the case with my friend's immediate family. Rose Court is a small to medium sized unit where visitors are welcome

My father was cared for at Rose Court during his terminal illness to which he eventually succumbed to last week. I was told by this by a family member as I currently live in Melbourne and because of the corona virus, travel restrictions have prevented me from attending his funeral. But she said that when he passed away, the funeral directors arrived to take him away and prepare him for the last part of his journey. And when they wheeled him out of his room, all the staff and doctors etc had lined up along the hallway in a 'guard of honour' fashion to pay their final farewell wishes to him as he left. It was a truly touching story and one that reminded me once again of the wonderful work that places like this perform for our loved one's, even when we ourselves are not able to. To all the staff and doctors who work at Ultimate Care Rose Court, I thank you most deeply. I hope you know that what you do is truly appreciated and that words can never be enough.
